Apple Strudel Baking Class

We work in small groups with maximum 16 people. Teams of two or three work together on one table for their apple strudel dream. you will get a brief introduction into Austrian cuisine and the history of strudel in Austria.

A professional chef will then give you in an vividly, easy to follow step by step instruction and explain how to prepare the apples and how to stretch the dough professionally – it should stretched be so thin, that a newspaper could be read through it – with the challenge to not get any holes. Ready to take the challenge??

While your strudel is baking, you´ll get a tasty, traditional Austrian sour cream potato soup with homemade bread.
